August 23, 2010 -- My campaign has recently endorsed immediate construction of the North American Water and Power Alliance (NAWAPA) project, which has now been illustrated as a 3-D, interactive map available on the LaRouche PAC website. I encourage all readers to visit the link and take the guided tours of the three major components of the project, to get a living sense of what this project would entail and create.
This is not simply a water project; NAWAPA would transform the landscape and identity of the United States, create a higher understanding of how man manages the biosphere, and also how that biosphere functions. This would be a precursor to terraforming the moon and Mars, and return to our citizens a sense of contributing something that will remain long after our lives have ended.
