THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE TO OBAMA’S NAZI “HEALTH CARE” PLAN: IT’S CALLED “THE LAROUCHE PLAN”

The following statement was issued today, January 17, by Rachel Brown, candidate for U.S. Congress in the Democratic primary in Massachusetts' 4th Congressional District:

As voters in this state prepare to send a "shot heard 'round the world" this Tuesday, in a positive affirmation of what Lyndon LaRouche is calling the "Mass. Strike," there are two points you should keep firmly in your mind: First, that President Barack Obama's so-called health care plan is not just bad policy, but is really a death plan, modeled on Adolph Hitler's 1939 policy dictate, which ordered the murder of more than 275,000 "useless eaters," who were primarily poor, sick and elderly people; and second, there is an alternative to this dangerous legislation, called the "LaRouche Plan," which starts from a very sane premise, which is that you don't have to kill people to have a real economic recovery!

Let me explain.

What the Obama administration is trying to ram through the U.S. Congress, in secret sessions, using thuggery and bribery, has nothing to do with improving access to quality health care for the American people. Based loosely on Britain's National Health Service – which is causing one out of every six deaths through withholding water, food and using lethal sedation to eliminate those considered "too sick to treat" – it is actually a repeat of the "useless eaters" policy imposed by Nazi dictator, and British stooge, Adolph Hitler, beginning in October 1939. As in Hitler's Germany, the decision was made, by those in power, to save money by NOT treating those with conditions that Nazi doctors deemed to be "terminal," or “incurable." Instead, they were euthanized, "saving money" to pay debts and finance war. Keep in mind that the Nazi doctors who ran this policy were tried for "Crimes Against Humanity" at Nuremberg after the war, and eight of them were sentenced to death, by hanging, for their crimes. Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, one of Obama's top advisers on health care, is a leading advocate for this policy.

The Obama Plan has within it a special Board, which will be given life-and-death power to determine which tests, scans, imaging, procedures and treatments will be allowed. Called the Independent Medicare Advisory Board, its decisions, under the powers given to it by Obamacare, cannot be challenged by the Congress, and future Congresses will be unable to amend or eliminate the Board, due to the "perpetuity clause" inserted on page 1020 of the bill, in secret, by Senator Harry Reid, with full backing by President Obama! Thus, accountants and nonelected technocrats will be making decisions, based on "saving money," that threaten the lives of every American. While there are many other reasons to oppose this bill, this one is paramount. You and your loved ones' lives will depend on decisions made by this board.

Why is it that President Obama, and the Democrats in Congress, are so committed to this monstrous policy course? They are convinced, by immoral fools such as Bailout Barney Frank, that they must continue bailing out the swindlers and crooks on Wall Street and the City of London, to "save" the financial system! To save the crumbling British monarchy and its bankrupt financial system, they are demanding that Americans must now give up access to decent health care, in addition to their jobs and homes, so that the U.S. government, through the Federal Reserve system, can keep money flowing into the likes of Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan Chase. The brutal cuts in Medicare intended in this bill, will mean you will be denied treatment, so that the Fed can continue to pour money into AIG and the other insurance companies. Obviously, $24 trillion has not been enough to even begin to cover the bad debts and toxic paper created by these thieves.

Instead of killing off granny, or your sick children, to bail out Wall Street, Lyndon LaRouche has produced legislation designed to protect the General Welfare of the people, including saving homes from foreclosure, creating jobs, as well as providing full health care for every American. To accomplish the latter, he proposes that first, Obamacare be rejected as the Nazi travesty that it is. Instead, the enabling legislation from 1973, which created the blood-sucking HMOs, be repealed, and HMOs shut down. Instead, we can return to the Hill-Burton Act, which existed before 1973 and provided a relatively high standard of health care. This would be backed by the "single-payer" legislation drafted by Rep. John Conyers, a Democrat from Detroit.

Second, the bailouts must be stopped, and the money retrieved from the banks, investment firms and insurance companies, and the system should be put through bankruptcy reorganization. If fraud was involved in the bailout, as is evident in the case of AIG, in which the New York Fed, then under the direction of Timothy Geithner, ordered AIG to submit a phony accounting statement to the SEC – those responsible should be prosecuted, NOT REWARDED by more bailouts!

Third, the federal government can take the lead from Franklin D. Roosevelt, and generate credit for major infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on water and power, high speed rail, and a major revival of NASA, to undertake a new mission to the Moon and Mars. A part of this will be a CCC-type plan, to provide productive work to several million unemployed and unskilled youth, giving them skills for the future.

Finally, we need a new, international agreement, to reverse the global destruction unleashed by so-called free trade policies of "globalization," which has led to the deindustrialization of our nation, and the demise of our dollar. Mr. LaRouche's Four Power Agreement, which is now under discussion internationally, addresses this problem.

As we head into the decisive last days of this Senate race in Massachusetts, I am calling on you to put the nation, and the General Welfare of our people, ahead of appeals to "party loyalty." There are now just two parties in the U.S. – the Patriots, who are rising up against the British Empire, and their puppets, such as Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and Bailout Barney – versus the Traitors, the modern-day Tories, who would eliminate our nation's sovereignty, and kill our economy and people, for the sake of bailing out their international corporate cartels. The people of this state have a history of patriotic response against the Tories.

To my fellow Democrats, I have a simple message. Our tradition is the anti-British tradition of Franklin Roosevelt, who stood up to Wall Street and to the City of London, on behalf of America. The current course of the Obama administration, and its toadies such as Bailout Barney, is driving people away from our Party. Do the right thing: Vote against Obama's Nazi "health care" plan, and join me and the other LaRouche Democrats running for Congress, to throw out the Traitors, and restore our best tradition, the American System of Economics, which is represented today by THE LAROUCHE PLAN.
