August 4, 2010 -- In a coordinated and lying frame-up, Pelosi's illegal Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) is on a Jim Crow witch-hunt, and the detestable Barney Frank is caught in the middle of it.

The OCE was established in 2007 by Pelosi to usurp the constitutional power of the judicial process in the US Congress. This unelected tribunal is tasked to investigate "corruption" of anyone they want to politically destroy. The OCE, which is now co-chaired by Porter Goss, the neo-con torture freak who headed up the Bush/Cheney CIA, has released its first round of eight ethics investigations, all of which target African-American members of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC). Behind this witch-hunt lurks President Obama, who is enforcing J. Edgar Hoover's racist Fruehmenschen (meaning "primitive man") crusade from within the FBI, to see that every last one of these individuals is fired from their positions, and defaced in the process. Not since the days of Woodrow Wilson's relaunching of the KKK have we seen such blatant racism being spearheaded from the Oval Office.

Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY) has been under pressure from Obama's camp for years; first, due to his support for Hillary Clinton in the primary, then, due to his opposition to the first TARP bailout, then, to force him to step down as chairman of the Ways and Means Committee, and now with this OCE fraud. The President's recent remarks on CBS News, presuming Rangel's guilt and urging him to end his career "with dignity" -- which some interpreted as a death-threat -- shows that Obama is not concerned in the least with the truth of this "ethics" matter, but is on a Jim Crow witch-hunt.

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) is facing a similar racist frame-up from the OCE, with similar pressures not just from the White House, but from Massachusetts liberal Representative Barney Frank, who is serving as a key informant against her.
Both Rangel and Waters are continuing to fight this injustice, and they should be commended for doing so.

As Lyndon LaRouche said: "All patriots who remember the cause of civil rights, will rally behind Congressman Charles Rangel and Congresswoman Maxine Waters. The actions against them, in large part instigated by the unconstitutional "independent panel" called the OCE, are an insult to all who fought the civil rights fight. The fight against this assault is the fight against the legacy of slavery."

The only "crimes" committed here is that Rangel and Waters stand in opposition to the pro-fascist Obama policy of unlimited bailouts for the Wall Street and London banks on the one side, and murderous cuts for everybody else. Obama is using the OCE to dispose of anybody in the congress who will stand up for poor Americans, those who are jobless, without a future, and being hit the hardest by Obama's fascist policies. Rangel and Waters have always stood for the rights of the forgotten men and women in their districts, and nationwide. Obama intends to make a horrible example of Waters and Rangel, to prevent any others for standing up to his fascist policies, but by pursuing this course so intensely, he is setting up his own political downfall.

If someone was really concerned with investigating ethics violations in Washington, Obama's Hitler modeled health-bill would be a good place to start. Cuts across the board for Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, job creation, education, and state budgets, meanwhile, bailouts for Fannie Mae, Freddy Mac, AIG, and Goldman Sachs. Millions for Barney's campaign fund come from the banking lobby, and in turn, trillions for the mega-banks! That's corruption.

The real question with these racist "ethics violations" is: Are Obama and Barney Frank "too big to jail?"
